Emily Esterline (Pākehā) is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice explores ritualism, tactility, and unknowing.
Her projects often consider the tension between mythology and truth, intertwining reflections on time, the cosmic, and divinity while tenderly referring to the self.
Esterline graduated with a BVA (Hons, First Class) from the Dunedin School of Art in 2021. Based in Murihiku, she has contributed to community arts through roles with Arts Murihiku and Art Attic Gallery, and has exhibited in spaces across Aotearoa.
